Funerals
A Piper can carry out different functions at a funeral whether it is a burial or a cremation, I will outline some of the possibilities available below.
Pipe as the coffin is being carried from the hearse to the church or crematorium. Pipe as the coffin is taken from the church to the grave. Pipe as the coffin is being lowered into the grave, whilst marching away allowing the sound of the pipes to fade away from the mourners.
Of course if you require something else then please let me know.
Due to the short notice with funerals I may not always be available to attend, if I cant I will do my best to put you in contact with one of my piping colleagues that can.
I can offer different styles of dress for the occasion from day wear, evening wear, and full military style No 1 uniform, please look at the picture gallery to see the different styles. The tartan is Royal Stewart.
Costs start at £75.00. but will obviously vary with the days requirements, and travelling time & distance involved.
If No1 uniform is requested there is an additional charge of £40.00.
